Yes, the hotel has a paid parking lot and other parking is available nearby for those not staying at the conference hotel. Conference attendees will need to cover the cost of their own parking at the conference venue/hotel.

Yes! Virtual registration is now open. Both in-person and virtual conference attendees will be able to watch sessions through the conference app (Band Group App). Click here for more information.

Yes! Be sure to leave space in your suitcase so you can pick up some great resources at the CBE bookstore.

On Saturday of the conference, you will have the opportunity to meet with the authors of several of our favorite books, connect, and have your books signed!

Please note that Made Whole: Healing the Body of Christ does not provide on-site childcare or supervised activities for older children.

  • Attendance Limits: Children who are not infants (toddlers and older) are not permitted in the session halls or workshop areas due to capacity limits and safety regulations.
  • Independent Care: Attendees are fully responsible for arranging their own off-site childcare for older children during conference hours.

We welcome infants and their caregivers at our event.

  • Session Access: Parents and caregivers are fully permitted to bring infants into all session halls and keynote presentations.
  • Babywearing: Babywearing is highly encouraged to ensure your hands remain free and to maximize seating comfort.
  • Nursing & Feeding: Nursing and breastfeeding are permitted anywhere in the venue. We support your right to feed your child wherever you feel most comfortable.
  • Disruption Policy: If your child becomes fussy or disruptive during a session, we kindly ask that you step out into the hallway briefly to preserve the audio environment for speakers and attendees. You are welcome to re-enter at any time.
