Chicago 2026 Registration
Join us in Chicago, August 6–9, 2026, as we gather to learn, heal, and grow as one body—women and men serving side by side as equal gospel partners. Through sessions on theology, pastoral care, and church history, we’ll explore women’s legacy of faithful leadership and seek healing from the wounds of theological patriarchy for both women and men. Don’t miss this time of encouragement and renewal before the Lord.

In-Person Registration Includes:
- Access to keynotes, workshops, and devotions from Christian egalitarian leaders.
- Networking with scholars, speakers, students, and ministry professionals.
- Onsite CBE Bookstore featuring conference speakers and authors.
- Prayer room available for reflection and support.
- Conference workbook with schedule, maps, and speaker info.
- Two dinners for all attendees and breakfast for those staying onsite at the Crowne Plaza O’Hare Hotel.
- If you book your stay through CBE’s hotel block, breakfast will be included. Rate includes an American breakfast buffet served in a private room on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (August 7, 8, and 9); breakfast vouchers for Chicago Fire Oven Restaurant will be provided up to (3) days pre/post event program dates.
- Free O’Hare airport shuttle for hotel guests staying onsite.

Checking in on Thursday, August 6? Join us for a bonus session on Thursday evening! We will gather to watch an insightful video on 1 Timothy, then spend some time in discussion and prayer as we prepare for the conference weekend.
Virtual Registration Includes:

Individual Registration
- Regular Registration (May 16 through August 5): $329
- At the Door (August 6–7): $369
- Virtual Registration (June 1 through August 6): $159
- Virtual registration includes 4 Live keynote sessions, 1 Live panel discussion, 6 live workshop sessions, access to group event app, and PDF version of the conference workbook.
Group Registration
- 3–4 Registrants: $319/person
- 5–6 Registrants: $309/person
- 7–8 Registrants: $299/person
- 9+ Registrants: $289/person

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A partial refund may be offered to attendees wanting to cancel their registration if cancellation notice is received by May 30, 2026. No refund will be offered after this date.
Childcare for Older Children
Please note that Made Whole: Healing the Body of Christ does not provide on-site childcare or supervised activities for older children.
- Attendance Limits: Children who are not infants (toddlers and older) are not permitted in the session halls or workshop areas due to capacity limits and safety regulations.
- Independent Care: Attendees are fully responsible for arranging their own off-site childcare for older children during conference hours.
Family & Caregiver Policy Nursing, Babywearing, and Infants
We welcome infants and their caregivers at our event.
- Session Access: Parents and caregivers are fully permitted to bring infants into all session halls and keynote presentations.
- Babywearing: Babywearing is highly encouraged to ensure your hands remain free and to maximize seating comfort.
- Nursing & Feeding: Nursing and breastfeeding are permitted anywhere in the venue. We support your right to feed your child wherever you feel most comfortable.
- Disruption Policy: If your child becomes fussy or disruptive during a session, we kindly ask that you step out into the hallway briefly to preserve the audio environment for speakers and attendees. You are welcome to re-enter at any time.
