Desiring to see more women in leadership in your organization/church is not enough. Secular-for-profit and nonprofit companies have discovered that no matter how many “bias trainings” and policy changes they make, they are still not seeing significant advancement in women thriving in leadership positions. As believers we need to understand that the root issues are spiritual and began at the Fall of humankind. Redeeming the Culture of the Fall in your church/ministry context and creating an environment of flourishing women leaders and male/female partnerships begins with surfacing the root issues as you understand biblical and historical teachings, and learn to listen to one another, especially to the women in your organization.
