From Genesis to Revelation, women live out their God-given identity as God’s “strong rescue,” (Gen. 2:18). Yet too often churches have allowed three NT texts (1 Tim. 2:11–15; 1 Cor. 14: 34–36; Eph. 5:21–30) to overshadow and suppress the abundant examples of women’s creational purpose.
