Caroline A. Mendez

Caroline Mendez is a disciple of Jesus Christ, wife, mother, and businesswoman.

Caroline spent twenty-one years in Corporate America, starting in the mailroom and working her way up to executive management positions in the High Tech industry with software manufacturers and system integration firms. Over the past 18 years she has had several careers ranging from Executive Coaching, to real estate investments and Executive Roundtable Facilitation.

Caroline’s passion is asking questions and challenging fellow believers to live their vision. She holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Gospel Coach & Certified Coach Facilitator. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in M.I.S. from Widener University long ago, in the 80s.

From 2010 until the present, she has been challenging and serving Christian women executives and business leaders of companies and non-profits in metro-Atlanta, to bring glory to God in their work.

Caroline and her husband, Eddie, of 25 years, have lived in Duluth, Georgia (a suburb of Metro-Atlanta) since 1987. They have one son Evan. 

Caroline is most passionate about pouring the newly found 9 attributes of Christian Women Leaders into the next generation of Christian businesswomen.
