In your church or ministry context, to what degree do men and women serve together as equal partners? Do some roles belong exclusively or mostly to certain genders? Does your faith community have different expectations for men and women?

Whatever your answers are, you might want to spend a few minutes in prayer and reflection to consider how your faith community is living out God’s heart for men and women, and in what ways they may not be doing so.
