Most people feel they are blessed if they experience prosperity, health, or success. The biblical concept of blessing, however, is experiencing the presence of God. Those whom God blesses he also cleanses and empowers. Believers, then, become agents of God’s blessing—enacting the great commandment to love God and others. Regardless of your circumstances, you are blessed in God’s presence.
