Travel Documents

Entry into Italy using the visa exception for United States citizens requires the following: 

• A valid passport with at least three months validity more than 6 months beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen area. 
  
  • Copies of passport face page 
• Two blank passport visa pages. 
• Documents showing a travel itinerary (i.e.: airfare receipt showing entry to/from the EU) and proof of a confirmed hotel reservation. 

Insurance Requirements for Travelers

Before registering for CBE’s Tour of Italy: Attendees should confirm their own coverage for:

1. International Medical Expenses 
2. Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance  
3. Repatriation
4. Other recommended travel insurance components to purchase Coverage for include:
   1. Trip cancellation/interruption.
   2. Travel delays.
   3. Baggage/Luggage.
