Dr. Robert Hicks is an educator, communicator, and retired military chaplain. He is the author of eleven books, many published articles, and has numerous military and civilian honors. His greatest claim to fame is that of "granddad". He enjoys being an FAA rated pilot, "killing weeds in his yard", and spoiling his six grandchildren. He currently is adjunct professor of History and Ethics at Belhaven College, Orlando.
