Founder and President of TELOS international, inc., Rand holds a Master of Divinity degree and a Doctorate in counseling and prevention services. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Licensed in Hawaii), he is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He is an Associate Professor and Clinical Director of the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at George Fox University. Rand has over twenty years experience in international ministry.
