Paul Westermeyer

Paul Westermeyer is professor of church music at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN, and director of the Master of Sacred Music program in cooperation with St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. He has served as president (1998–2000) of the Hymn Society of America and Editor (1985–1990) of its journal The Hymn. He has written several books on church music, including The Church Musician and Let Justice Sing: Hymnody and Justice.
