Milton Acosta

Milton A. Acosta (PhD) is a professor of Old Testament and chair of the Biblical Sciences Research Group at la Fundación Universitaria Seminario Bíblico de Colombia (FUSBC). Acosta also served as FUSBC’s academic dean from 2004-2007 and as assistant to the dean and the registrar from 1995-1999. Acosta is a sought after speaker and author and has written several books, articles, and encyclopedia entries. Some of his most recent works include El humor en el Antiguo Testamento and “Ethnicity and the People of God.” Acosta also serves as Old Testament editor for the Latin America Bible Commentary and was a member of  the World Evangelical Alliance International Translation Review Panel.
