Leno Thomas
Raised in a deeply, deeply, deeply empowering home, Leno Thomas was formed by parents who embodied God’s image — her mother reflecting God’s agape mother — love, and her father, Christlike fatherhood. They gave her two lenses: a Jesus lens and Jesus’s own prescription, a child’s lens of trust and innocence — both serving as a compass for discerning when a text or doctrine is not aligned with Christ’s logic and character. Leno is not Catholic, but writes in support of her Catholic sisters and, by extension, all sisters in Christ.
