Kay F. Rader

Commissioner Dr. Kay F. Rader is the former World President of Women’s Organizations for The Salvation Army. After her commissioning and ordination as a Salvation Army officer she served twenty-two years in Korea. She and her husband were recipients of CBE’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007.
