Katia Cook

Katia grew up in the patriarchal system and was diagnosed with high-functioning autism at the age of 21. As a single, autistic woman, she was forced to re-evaluate her patriarchal views which led her to egalitarian beliefs. Today she holds three college degrees, but has yet to use them because of the effects of patriarchy and autism. She works as custodian but her passion is for women’s issues, autism, the environment, and natural health. When she gets the time, she blogs at redeemedaspie.com and aspiringaspie.com
