
Heather Scheiwe Kulp
Heather Scheiwe Kulp is an attorney and alternative dispute resolution program developer in Chicago, where she develops court mediation programs to meet pressing legal needs of low-income Illinois residents. After graduating from Northwestern University School of Law, Heather began a two-year Skadden Fellowship with the Center for Conflict Resolution/Resolution Systems Institute. Prior to law school, she was the founder and executive director of Alive Magazine—a nonprofit alternative magazine for teen girls based in Minneapolis, Minnesota—and an employee of CBE.
