Heather and Fred Gingrich

Heather Gingrich is associate professor of counseling at Denver Seminary. Her interests include trauma and abuse, dissociative disorders, cross-cultural research, and international counseling. Fred Gingrich is associate professor and chair of the counseling division at Denver Seminary. His interests include marriage and family, integration of psychology and theology, clinical supervision, and international counseling. Originally from Canada, the Gingrichs spent 8 years teaching in the Philippines before moving to Denver. They have two adopted bi-racial sons to whom they are modeling an egalitarian marriage in the midst of many sexist junior high assumptions!
