Allyson Jule

Dr. Allyson Jule is professor of education at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC, Canada and also serves as the co-director of Trinity Western’s Gender Studies Institute.

She is the author of several books including two monographs The Beginner’s Guide to Gender and Language and Gender, Participation and Silence in the Classroom: Shushing the Girls, and three edited collections: Gender and the Language of Religion and Language and Religious Identity and co-edited with Bettina Tate Pederson Being Feminist, Being Christians: Essays from Academia.
