All over the world, girls and women face sexism, harassment, discrimination, and even violence in school. Whether it manifests as a preference for male students in seminary, laws/customs that keep girls from attending school, or dress codes that sexualize and shame female bodies, it’s clear that bias against girls in education is very much alive and we’ve got work to do. In this issue, we invite you to explore gender bias in the classroom and what Christians can do to challenge it.
