Women’s Leadership in Church History: How the Early Evangelicals Promoted Biblical Gender Equality

Dr. Mimi Haddad will lead a discussion on “Women’s Leadership in Church History: How the Early Evangelicals Promoted Biblical Gender Equality” at the Ras Beirut Christian Church. Haddad’s lecture, offered in English and Arabic, will consider how women throughout history used their gifts in advancing the Church’s mission. In particular, the lecture will examine women leaders among the early evangelicals as they enlarged the social and theological understanding of Christian faith in their varied communities.
