Dr. Mimi Haddad will speak at the inauguration of the Ascent Movement, May 20–22, at the Green Lake Retreat Center, Wisconsin.
Ascent is launching an initial cohort of the Junia Network. Dr. Mimi Haddad of Christians for Biblical Equality and Rev. Carey Sims of Ascent will be spearheading this founding group. This will be a community for women who are leading in significant ministry. Anchored by two leader equipping events (May 20–22, 2025 and May 19–21, 2026), this inaugural yearlong cohort will gather 24–32 leaders across a range of life stages and ministry positions. Through the two retreats and monthly meet-ups, we will walk in relationship with one another, create a culture of reciprocity, resource one another, and also find moments of rest amidst our ministry vocations.
