Wins Eight Prestigious EPA Awards!
Priscilla Papers
is the proud recipient of eight Evangelical Press Association awards,
including first place for Critical Review for Phillip Cary's article, "The
New Evangelical Subordinationism: Reading Inequality into the Trinity."
Priscilla Papers received second place for Biblical Exposition for Walt Kaiser's
"Correcting
Caricatures: The Biblical Teaching on Women." Brynn Camery-Hoggatt and Nealson
Munn's article: "Wild at Heart: Essential Reading or 'Junk Food for the
Soul,'" received 5th place in Critical Review. Victoria Peterson-Hilleque 's
"The Color of Light"
received 5th place in poetry. In
2004, Priscilla Papers won second place in the Biblical Exposition category for Gordon Fee's article: "The Cultural Context of Ephesians 5:18-6:9",
and John R. Kohlenberger's article "What About the Gender Accurate TNIV?"
received fifth place in the Critical Review
category. In 2003, Priscilla Papers received
first place for poetry "Who
Was She?"
poetry by Patricia Donohue-Carey, and fifth place for
First-Person:
"Why?
Oh Why Am I a Woman?" by Funmi Josephine Para-Mallam.
