Volunteer opportunities
· Do you like to read? Volunteer to be a reviewer for CBE's bookstore. Books
under consideration for CBE's catalogs are sent to reviewers. Under most
circumstances, reviewers keep the review copies. By volunteering in this
capacity, you are not only helping CBE add valuable resources to its bookstore,
but you are also adding to your own knowledge and increasing your library!
· CBE often has typing projects available. Many of our older articles have been
photocopied and are losing their readability. Volunteer to help CBE update those
resources by retyping articles.
· You can help CBE reach the academic world by visiting the Web sites of
Christian colleges and seminaries and collecting the names of professors. Send
the names and contact information to CBE so we can promote our academic
resources as well as our conferences.
· Share your story! Submit articles and letters to CBE's publications. The
editors of Mutuality, Priscilla Papers and E-Quality are always looking for
fresh writers.
· Help CBE write scripts for public service announcements. We also need
talented photographers to provide professional photography for CBE publications
and the Web site.
· Visit CBE's office in Minneapolis and help with mailings, filing, inventory
and other administrative tasks. Your help allows us to move forward to new
projects!
