Mention CBE to receive the reduced room rate of $90 per night. Hotel reservations should be made by Wednesday, July 8, 2009 in order for you to receive the reduced rate. The reduced rate remains the same for rooms with one or two beds. Bring your family, friends, small group, and roommates; split the cost and save!
Free Shuttle
A free shuttle is available to transport attendees between the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and the hotel. To call the hotel shuttle, select the “20-Hilton Frontenac” button at the baggage claim courtesy phone. Allow 50 minutes from the time of calling a shuttle to arrive at the hotel.

Invite family, friends, small groups, or roommates to go to the conference with you. Pile in one vehicle and split the cost of fuel.

Flying on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is usually cheaper than flying on weekends. Be sure to buy tickets early; at least 3 months in advance for international flights, and no closer than 21 days in advance for domestic flights to get the best rates.
