Give to CBE

For too many men and women, following Jesus means bondage to cultural stereotypes. What if they knew about CBE?

Your gift means we can expand our ministry and continue to encourage men and women to use their God-given gifts.

Make a Contribution

CBE relies on and appreciates both one-time and recurring gifts. Monthly gifts help us to plan our ministry budget wisely. Give one gift or become a regular donor through either of these easy methods:

  1. Donate online using a credit card.
  2. Mail or fax our printable contribution form (PDF) using a credit card, check, or EFT.*

*What is an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)?
An EFT is an authorized and secure transfer of funds directly from your checking account to CBE. EFTs eliminate costly bank fees and make your gift go even further! EFTs can be one-time or recurring gifts. To use this option, send CBE a voided check along with a signed printable contribution form (PDF).

How can I lend even more momentum to CBE?

  1. Become a Partner by donating $1,000 or more in a year!
  2. Become a Visionary by donating $2,500 or more in a year!

How can I give a contribution in honor/memory of a loved one?

  1. Go online and give an "honor gift."
  2. Complete and send to CBE a printable contribution form (PDF). Be sure to fill out the appropriate section on the bottom of the form to contribute in honor/memory of a loved one.

Employer Matching Funds Program

Many companies offer a Matching Funds Program. Employers often match its employees’ charitable gifts. Often employers will match dollar for dollar, though some even give double or triple the sum of their employee’s donation. Each company will have its procedure. Talk with your Human Resource Department for more information.

Current Needs

Technology and Software
Technology is the most significant asset we have in advancing biblical resources on gift-based rather than gender-based ministry. It allows us to complete more tasks in less time and with better results. To keep up with yearly technological advances, CBE must raise more than $60,000 each year. Donate to technology and software today!

CBE Conferences
CBE hosts conferences every year in major cities all over the world. These conferences not only provide resources and teaching on biblical equality, but also much-needed fellowship for those who believe they are all alone! Yet to do this, we need funds for advertising, staff salaries, scholarships, and seed money to reserve venues for future conferences. Can you help? We need your financial fellowship to reach individuals on a personal level! Donate to CBE conferences today!

Sponsor CBE on the Road
Nearly each month, CBE has a presence on academic campuses, and at conferences around the world. At each event, we bring hundreds of resources that provide a biblical foundation for gift-based rather than gender-based ministry. It is very costly to provide inspiring resources that reach general and academic audiences of all ages. The cost just to rent a book table often exceeds $1,000! Shipping our resources to the conference and bringing along staff costs even more money. But these events provide opportunities for people to encounter ideas and resources that set them free to use their God-given gifts! Will you help us reach many hurting people by making a generous contribution? Donate to CBE's outside conferences today!

CBE Literature Distribution
Envision the possibilities as CBE's resources are developed and distributed to schools, churches, seminaries, denominations, libraries, bookstores, counseling centers, recovery centers and prisons all of the world! Make that vision a reality today through giving a generous gift that empowers our sisters and brothers to use their God-given gifts fully! Donate to CBE's literature distribution fund today!

Endowment Fund
Thanks to generous donors like you, CBE’s endowment fund has grown to over $85,000! CBE uses the interest from the endowment for our vital ministry. Donating to this fund extends the important work of CBE into the future! With you, we are building a world where men and women are inspired to use their God-given talents without gender barriers in the home, church, and society! Will you build a better future in which men and women can serve equally in Christ’s name? Donate to the endowment fund today!

Giving Philosophy

CBE is committed to using our resources wisely, and we have made every effort to seek out accountability and support in this endeavor. CBE is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), which “provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, fund-raising and board governance.” Read more about ECFA. CBE also participates in GuideStar, the online standard for nonprofit accountability.

CBE holds to the biblical teaching that giving is one of the highest demonstrations of a personal commitment to Christ. When we invite you to give to CBE, we desire to minister to you as well as promote the cause of Christ.

We view our fundraising activity through the words of the apostle Paul to Timothy:

  1. Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life (1 Timothy 6:17-19, TNIV).

Paul reminds us that we are not simply fundraisers; we are ministers who assist each other in our Christian responsibility of personal stewardship. We are sincerely interested in our donors and desire to meet your needs. We strive to challenge you to think about stewardship, but never to pressure, coerce, or deceive you. Our task is simply to present the opportunity to give; your response is solely between you and God. We hope to cultivate strong relationships with you as we work together in mutual ministry. Thank you for your generous support!

CBE is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) and the National Association of Evangelicals. CBE is an exempt organization as described in IRC Sec. 501(c)3 and as such, donations may qualify as charitable contributions where allowed by law.
